The School/Public Library Cooperation Award recognizes excellence, creativity, and effectiveness in a program that involves cooperation between school and public libraries.  Programs, projects, and cooperative efforts that took place in 2007 are eligible for this award. 

To be considered for the award:  Send a brief description of the project to rovenger@wlsmail.org , or if you prefer, a hard copy to Judith Rovenger, Westchester Library System, 540 White Plains Road, Suite 200, Tarrytown, NY
10591-5110.  Be sure to include the names of both public and school librarians involved as well as contact information.   Deadline for consideration is April 1, 2008.

Winners will be announced at WLA annual meeting.
