Registration:                2008 WLA Annual Conference Vendor Registration
Date:                             Friday, May 9th, 2008

Location:                      Doubletree Hotel
                                      455 South Broadway
                                      Tarrytown, NY 10591
                                      Directions

Setup:                          7:15AM (conference opens at 8:00AM)   

Booth:                          The cost to exhibit is $250.00 per table
                                      Each table is 6ft long, w/2 chairs, table linen provided
                                      1 lunch is included in the price of the booth rental
                                      Wireless Internet Access – complimentary
                                      Laptops and power cords are the responsibility of the vendor.

Raffle:                          If you would like to contribute to our exhibit hall raffle    
                                      be sure to indicate item(s) on application form.

Attendance:                We anticipate approximately 200 librarians from academic, public, school and special                                                   libraries.

Shipments:                  Please mail all packages directly to the hotel and label on each box WLA Conference, May                                          9th, Attn: Julie Curi.
